This foundation is dedicated to helping sexual assault victims through the process of a criminal trial. Rape victims who reside in the U.S., and who are about to testify in the criminal trial are eligible to apply for financial assistance to cover the expenses of a support person or persons who will accompany the rape/sexual assault victim to court.

The TANF Emergency Response and Recovery Act:

The President has signed H.R. 3672, "The TANF Emergency Response and Recovery Act," a bill designed to provide additional TANF resources to the three states that were directly impacted by Hurricane Katrina and the states that are providing aid to evacuees.
